Anxiety, agitation, fearing it could happen anytime, on anyone. However, in a number of people, these negative feelings are so self control. Especially when in distress condition or feeling uncomfortable, whatever that is the cause.

Then imagine, You're taking white chalk, or select color lime substitute, and an eraser. Then start writing numbers on the Board you might imagine. Start writing the numbers out of 100. Write this number in the large size.
After writing the number 100 large-sized, delete. calm your mind, relax, and continue to write one number underneath. How long have you done these steps, depending on the level of stress in the moment.
5. Once you feel more relaxed and comfortable with yourself, you will see a white door elegance. This door appear in front of your eyes.Move advanced and open the door. Behind that door, You'll find beautiful scenery, a place that you like. May be a place that is a beautiful beach with white sand and gentle waves . Or it could be, that place is a park full of greenery, with trees shade cool off.
Allow yourself to enter the place, feel the tranquility and comfort in it. Use Your subconscious mind to guide You to enjoy the beauty of this nature. Use visual and sensory stimulant from your body. Feel the warmth of the Sun on the beach, or the sense of fresh flowers and plants in the Park.
