Exercises to burn fat faster

The question of exercise are best for fat loss often arises. In fact, this question is still widely debated by many experts.
There are two common factors in what kind of exercises are best for losing fat and that most experts agree.First, to burn fat should include some type of aerobic exercise, also known as cardiovascular exercise (or cardio).
And secondly, it must build lean muscle adding strength training exercises.
But the debate is over whether or not to include exercises, not at what intensity and how long to do these exercises to burn fat effectively?.
To try to dispel the doubts I have described each type of exercise (aerobic and strength training) so some confusion and questions can be resolved.Aerobics.
The effective exercise for weight loss builds to fend off a workout routine which should include both aerobic exercises like strength training exercises. Aerobic exercises are exercises that get an increased heart rate as brisk walking, cycling, using an elliptical machine and run just to name a few.
Doing aerobic exercises is to ensure that you are working in your optimal heart rate for the expected benefit of your exercise routine to burn fat.
A good rule of thumb is that doing aerobic exercise, you should be able to hold a light conversation, say a few words at a time. It should not be able to sing a complete song, or should be completely flooded.
If you still can sing, move to a higher level, or if you have shortness of breath, slow down. However, this only covers the definition and basic concepts of aerobics.
Strength Training Exercises
The strength training exercises are exercises that help build lean muscle. This does not mean I will train to increase muscle size too, but rather it builds strength and tones your body.
When you do strength training, then builds lean muscle, lean muscle you have increases your basal metabolic rate (BMR). Your BMR is responsible for 60 - 70% of the calories you burn in a day.
Strength training can be done with resistance bands exercises, dumbbell exercises or weight training exercises. Weight lifting exercise seems to be the most recommended strength training to burn fat.
Whenever you select the strength training, just make sure you are doing the exercise properly to get the most from your exercise routine to burn fat.
