3. Avocado & Banana (source of vitamin B)
Vitamin B helps overcome the psychological symptoms associated with fatigue, one of which was not motivated. Vitamin B also helps the brain produce chemicals such as serotonin which directly affect mood.Not only that, also produces vitamin B Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine), Vitamin B1 (Thiamin), Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), and vitamin B7 (Biotin).
